JACKIE BRADLEY

Jackie spent 25 years in “corporate America,” where she found herself in search of a very simple goal - to spread joy. Wine did this for her.
“Every time I opened a bottle with a friend, it brought good times, good company, and good food! I love the experience a great paired meal can offer.”
Jackie helped open Vino E Vivo upon moving to New Hampshire in 2018 and has since worked at Moxy in Portsmouth and Street in Exeter.
GJ OVERMARS
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Now a European Trained Chef, a young Gert-jan (GJ) Overmars at, sixteen years old, was washing dishes at a Chinese restaurant in Holland- completely unsure of his professional direction. Two years of hospitality study and three years of Culinary focused work-study later, Chef spent the majority of his twenties securing Head Chef positions, opening French Bistros across the Netherlands, learning, practicing and fine-tuning his culinary craft.
Chef GJ recently won the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association nomination of 2023 Best Chef.
JILLIAN MANSFIELD

Jillian has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has held senior management positions with Tinios Pro Hospitality for the past 8 years.
Jillian’s career in hospitality began in 2000, working her first job as a Busser for the Tinios family at The Galley Hatch.
Prior to returning to Tinios Pro Hospitality in 2007, Jillian discovered a passion for fine dining while working as a Server at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. Inspired by training sessions offered by the hotel’s Master Sommelier, she has continued to nurture her wine knowledge.
