Traditional Greek meatballs

Main courses:

Moussaka

Eggplant, (zucchini?), tomato, cheese, potato,

Roasted Lamb Leg

Greek Oregano, fresh thyme, sage, sea salt and cracked pepper, and finished with butter, olive oil and lemon

Grilled Salmon

With dill caper butter sauce

Sides for the table:

Orzo spinach pilaf, roasted fingerling potatoes and green beans, all with traditional Greek preparation.
